Having a job in car sales for 6 years I can tell you to avoid this place. The salesman didn't even bother to introduce himself, or bother to ask me or my wife's name. I had to literally ask him what his name was during the test drive. Their appraisal on our trade was the worst we have seen after visiting 3 dealers prior to that. Literally thousands less! Kunes Country Ford is amazing. They helped me when I had no credit, and this week I came back with much improved credit to get the suv I've been working so hard to get. A big thank you to Russell Coulter and the amazing finance team at Kunes in Antioch for helping me with this huge goal. They are the only dealership I recommend.
