First, I travel from Pleasant Prairie WI, about a half hour drive to see the best Salesman I have EVER known, John Castleman. I've known John for just about 10 years now. He's just the best there is. My daughter was in desperate need of a good car, her car died, pretty much. We found and purchased within a 24 hour period a beautiful 2017 Nissan Rouge. I have had nothing but problems from day one with Kunes. I got rid of the vehicle I purchased from them and I am still dealing with their mistakes. I have never experienced such problems with a dealership in there customer service department. They do not seem to care about your experience as soon as they get a check. I would not recommend Kunes in Antioch to anyone.

This dealership has been the most unprofessional, unhelpful, and unsatisfactory dealership I have ever dealt with. Not only did they screw me on my sale, warranty, and service we had with them, but after trading in the truck we had so we didn’t have to deal with their crap any more, once again they screwed us on sending in our unused warranty we had on that vehicle.... I strongly suggest not using this dealership!!!!!

I would recommend going to Kunes. They are very polite and helpful. I didn't feel rushed or pushed into something I wasn't satisfied with. Aaron Olson was very professional. I will definitely be back.

Juan was extremely helpful throughout my buying process. Wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to get me to buy out of my price range. Andrew in finance is a fighter, he will get you the best interest rate possible. I will go back for all of my vehicles in the future. Great place
