Terrible company to work for.
Awful company, been under special measures for years. If you value your loved ones do not use this company.
They regularly don't turn up. They left someone for days because they were in isolation. If they didn't have the skills or PPE equipment they should of reported this to the family and council to make other arrangements.
Absolutely appalling care medication not given at all no trained staff
Absolutely appalling care company, they left a vulnerable old man who is unable to move by himself (due to a stroke) in bed all day as one of the carers refused to enter his home, no help at all in trying to source an emergency replacement its just been left to his daughter and a family friend from ANOTHER BATH BASED CARE COMPANY and now they have handed a 28 day notice in which they will terminate all care for him without the common decency of waiting for another replacement care company to be sourced first.
