Both my wife and I have nothing but praise for both Doctor when face to face and have sorted out our issues promptly and with warmth. It’s an issue getting through on telephone but that is because practice is so busy.
I have pain and swelling joints since 5 months and no one is able to help me. The blood test i ask for they don't want to make. Just the routin once. The referral they had to make, they forgot for months. (Even i asked every 3 weeks for it) Very disappointed in them
I usually don't write negative reviews but had to write about this one. The GPs dismisses everything you say as if we don't have anything better to do. Getting through to anyone on the phone is a nightmare no matter what time you call. Expect to wait atleast an hour even if you are number 1 in the queue. Even when you get through, get ready to be put back on hold. Poor attitude reeks from GP to the reception staff. Very poor service. I will be changing at the earliest as don't want anything to do with this clinic.
‼️This doctor needs investigating‼️I have non stop issues with him he dont check patients properly and he won’t deal with issues with medication. He offers no support at all. If you have a complaint please report him to NHS England
Shouldn't be let to run a practice, he needs to be looked into
