Don’t believe anything they say to you, always read what your signing, my mistake is trusting this people.... I was promise my first payment will be next dec1, I did signed a actual paper, and it said dec 1, when I was signing on electronic it’s different already.

Signature away from closing and I was ambushed, belittled, and insulted by THE SUPERVISOR, whose name is Robert, for wanting to finance vs. lease. When I expressed I didn’t feel comfortable signing because I wasn’t familiar with what he was presenting to me and putting me on the spot to sign without allowing me to do research on the option he proceeded to tell me to leave and don’t come back. Renard Bolton has the ABSOLUTE WORST attitude as a sales person. I have NEVER encountered such a BLATANT liar that is unwilling to accept responsibility. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. My original goal was to purchase a car for my birthday 9/17/19. Thanks to Renard’s lack of professionalism I had to make extra trips to the dealership. charged me over $3000 on a head job , now they say the entire engine needs replacing ??? so another $5000 on a 2001 civic ????
