This is the first time I have ever left negative feedback on any social forum which clearly underscores just how poorly this business operates. Untruthful sales tactics, poor customer communication and an overall complete lack of concern for the customer after the sale. We had a great car buying experience here. Loved our salesman Richard. First class customer service and we got just what we wanted for $10k less than Brandon Honda. I will always recommend Westshore Honda from now on.
