Purchased two 2016 Honda Civic; December 26 spoke with service director Kevin Loubier regarding vehicle paint is chipping and peeling. His response come back on January 9, 2018 to have Honda corporation take a look at it. My wife spent over an hour waiting in their lobby, for what? They directed my wife to their collision center on N Florida Ave to schedule appointment for next Monday to correct on the hood nothing else. I walked in and the moment I told them I was there for something other than to buy a car, they were rude and disrespectful. A bald man with glasses came over and didn't even introduce himself. He set the tone right there for the conversation. He was condescending and talked to me like I was an idiot. He acted as if our presence there was a problem. I am so glad I didn't purchase another car from this dealership.
Peter did a wonderful job in service this weekend and went the extra mile. I'll be back to Kuhn for service on my Honda.
We are a Kuhn Honda family! Just bought our 16 year old daughter her first car. Our salesperson Ralph Cardona is exceptional and really helped us through the process and in getting the right car. I felt he really had our best interest at heart. Mom, also renewed her lease and he set her up! I highly recommend him and Kuhn Honda. You won’t go wrong. Thanks Ralph and Andy! Your the best!

Terrible customer service - no one ever calls you back or delivers your message. Voicemails are full and never get checked. Still on 2nd temp tag with no clue if they even had the title to sell me the car they did- will not ever get my car serviced here
