This place was awesome! My husband and I got there literally right before closing and they still treated us nice and helped us look at the car we were interested. *Morgan Olson* was such good help!! She was amazing and actually talked to us about other things like Getting to know us rather than just focusing than selling the vehicle. I am irate with Kuhn. I have been in to this dealership 3 separate times for a "recall". Buyers BEWARE: the 3rd breaklight cover on the 2016 Civic Coupe does not stay attached to the rear window and Kuhn cannot fix it and will not own up to their mistakes! Not to mention grease was left behind on my leather seats. Do not trust this dealer or service Department! I have wasted too many Saturdays dealing with this company. I cannot stress how bad my experiences have been. GO ELSEWHERE.
Fabulous Experience all the way around. We are most grateful for the wonderful customer service we received from Eric Riley who helped us find the perfect car for my 18 year old son. The process was easy and quick and we have a very happy son who loves his car!! Thank you Eric Riley and Kuhn Honda.
Everything was going pretty good until I was ready to leave and I asked for the second key, they don't have it ?? Really now you tell me, this was a 2015 Ford Fiesta with only 6500 miles on it..Long story short I had to go to a Ford dealer for a key at my cost of $180.00 ... After almost a month I never received my permanent plate so we had called on a Friday and we advised my temp was ending that Sunday, fine they said that they would overnight another temp tag.
