We went there to buy a Honda Pilot and we did. The day after we went to sign the papers and we thought everything was good. We had to go like three times more until we finally signed everything with the bank. Then a month went by and Bryan who was our financing specialist called us to bring the car in because the bank didn’t went through with it which we know was a lie because we signed the papers already. BAD SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR MY 2019 CIVIC TYPE R - SONIC GREY. 7/25/2020: got my first free oil change after I purchased it last February.
