Travelled an hour and a half to see about getting my wife and kids into a bigger vehicle since other dealerships around my area didn’t want to help me with a good deal. The staff at Westshore Honda are very friendly and our salesman Steven was awesome! Did everything he could to keep us informed and made sure we were satisfied with our purchase. The sales manager Miguel was a huge help with getting us into a new mini van. Highly recommend!

service today was horrible! 3 plus hours on an oil change while I'm waiting! I'd rather go to fast oil change shop than this! Getting a free oil change does not repay my work not done. Today I lost more than $39.00 credit.

Kareem was my sales person and Jonathan was the finance guy. They were both kind and professional when trying to get me to the price point I needed - and they did. I was trading in my Honda HRV for a CRV and they were able to get me a very fair deal. Thank you both for your help!

Honestly I would rate you 0 stars if I could. Complete false advertising. And when we call no one seems to know what we are talking about. I would have loved to get a new Honda, but y’all are lying before we ever get in the door, a shame and a scam.

While I was getting my car serviced, I decided to take a look at some of their pre-owned cars. I was very much interested in a car and was told by a sales person that it was $1,500 more than what it actually was. Unfortunately, the car had just arrived and had no pricing sticker, but to find out the salesperson lied. Not sure if I would want to deal with the drama of buying a car here. I mean to lie about a price, only to see a much lower price online💁 — at Westshore Honda.

Wow. There are a lot of bad reviews on here. Im starting to think I should look for a car elsewhere. Doesn't sound like a place i want to give my money to. especially since I'm looking to buy a car outright with cash.

I just got my new 2020 Honda HRV from Westshore Honda yesterday. The salesman, Russ Bailey, was informative, patient and did not push me on ‘closing the deal’. This is my second HRV so I’m a happy camper in every way right now. They gave me a great deal and didn’t play games. I highly recommend them if you’re in the market for a new Honda.

It is unethical to sell a vehicle with problems Honda is aware about. I’ve had my 2020 civic for less than a month and gas is already diluting my oil. They said there is no fix to this problem and yet tell me they already fixed it in 2018.... They claimed to contact Honda about this and I got a call from Honda corporate saying Westshore didn’t find anything after they said they did. Untrustworthy and unwilling to satisfy their customer. I’m still fighting this and will most likely have to contact a lawyer to fix this problem... read more

Terrible customer service. They try to force you to buy the Westshore Advantage "option" for $2500. When you decline this useless "warranty" they tell you that they can not remove it because it was already done to the car. Don't let them strong arm you into buying a car from them. There are other dealers around that you can get a better deal.
