Although the basket I ordered was perfect, I was displeased by the $12.95 delivery charge. I asked for it to be adjusted, but they would not, knowing that they were near the cemetary where I asked to be delivered. To my astonishment, upon attending the funeral services, I was astonished to witness that they were next door to, on the same side of the street, and according to my GPS, 55 feet from the cemetery. Not pleased with Kuhns for this reason. Will try another, more reasonable florist in the future.
Michelle with Kuhn Flowers has gone above and beyond multiple times for us!! As the owner of a bakery, we have a lot of brides that want fresh flowers on their cakes and provide them from other florists. Each time we have worked with other florists, the flowers have been in very rough shape and not what we think is acceptable.
