I've always ordered from here.... I pay more to insure that it looks amazing and my orders right. However, my girlfriends flowers were delivered for her 21st birthday and half was missing.... I asked for any color bow but yellow and........ the bow was yellow...... When I called to tell them the order was wrong..... My husband had 15 long stem roses sent to me for our anniversary and they are beautiful! The gentleman that delivered them was very polite to. Definitely will be ordering from y'all again!

Monday morning placed 2 expensive orders & only 1 was delivered. Miss Kathy at the front desk was nice enough to refund the full amount for both orders. Very busy day yesterday & can understand how things can fall through the cracks but they made it right. They are a Quality member of our community.
