I came into Kuhn’s today with the expectation of leaving with a stunning arrangement as always. Upon entering and walking around for approximately 15 minutes which included going upstairs to look at the Christmas trees not once did “anyone” greet me or ask if I needed assistance. And it’s not like they were busy with onsite customers. I don’t know if I’ll waste my time again and drive substantially out of my way. Leslie, I am one of the owners at Kuhn flowers and am very dusapointed by your experience, I am looking in to this as I wrote, my staff are usually very efficient and always greet customers upon entering the store, can I ask what time you was in the store ? I would really like to check the cameras to see where my staff where and why they didn’t greet you, I am sad by this as my staff are trained to a much higher standard in fact we pride our self on customer service, my only guess could be they didn’t see you enter the store... read more

Big shout out to Kuhn Flowers for making my baby’s day so special. I told Ms Crystal what the occasion was and the situation.....and she took off from there. She was right on with the colors. As she put together his flowers � she talked to me about other kids who have lost a parent at such a young age and how the cope. As I walked out of there I felt a huge weight lift from my shoulders.
