My husband ordered valentines flowers for me. Called at 2 and that they would be delivered within the hour ...I stated at work until 4:30 - no show- got text at 5 after 5. Well, I will get them tomorrow/ so much fresh flowers and this Valentine's Day. Not total loss - stopped for bottle of wine and chocolate strawberries ��
Ordered flowers last week to be delivered for Valentine's Day. Waited till 3:15 today but no word from wife of delivery, asked her and she said not yet, already frustrated I called the Kuhn phone number only to be on hold till 3:45, after finally talking to a person, she tells me that it appears (appears??) that the flowered have not left for delivery yet. Kinda hard to grade flowers that were ordered but never delivered. Valentines Day is kinda time sensitive, and late delivery just doesn't work.
I put in an order yesterday morning for delivery YESTERDAY. I called around 5pm to check the status and was told it was out for delivery. It was never delivered. I called this morning around 9:30 and spoke to delivery and was told I would get a call back. Never did! I again called at 12:50pm to check the status and was told it was still out for delivery but was attempted to be delivered yesterday which is not true. Every year I look forward to the Christmas display. I was not disappointed! Everyone there was very friendly and the decor was gorgeous. Made me feel like a little kid again :)

My grandfather stops buy to get beautiful flowers on occasion for my nannas head stone. Kuhn employees have always been helpful. But when I came to check on him today, he was so happy with how the staff took the time to help him. And get a pic of the oldest living fire chief in Jacksonville. It made his entire day!! You made him feel so welcomed and respected. Thank you guys so much.
