My husband ordered a dozen red roses for me for valentines day and they were beautiful. However 2 days after I got them the ends turned black and by day 3-4 they all drooped and didn't open. So my husband called to complain as he paid good $$ for these and they sent another dozen last week and the exact same thing happened.
