That's why we've been using them for 20 years. They care because they are not a large high street brand and are a pleasure to deal with.

Absolutely awful. They are so unprofessional. They manage the building I live in and don’t respond to emails, are extremely slow to do anything and very rude. Their fees are extortionate and their service is abysmal. They refuse to provide accounts, receipts and bills. I am a leaseholder and they refuse to provide me with financial accounts for the service charge I’m paying. L Please avoid using them, you will regret it. How they are still in business is baffling.
