AVOID!!!! I recently had a disappointing experience with this agency after viewing a house.After submitting my application, I was completely ghosted. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, I received no response or acknowledgment from the agency. This lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable, and I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive agency. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
Avoid KT Agency at all costs, especially if you're a student. They are completely unprofessional, ghosting students without any explanation after initial communication. It's disrespectful and shows a total lack of integrity. Don't waste your time with them.
The agency ghosted us after we applied for one of their flats. We messaged and called them. They ignored our message and never answered or returned our calls. Absolutely unprofessional and disappointing that an agency would treat students this way. At first they seemed really helpful with the whole application process then they ended up never contacting us again.
Terrible condition of flats and houses. Useless turnaround on maintenance issues. Most of the furniture was either broken or in shoddy condition. Moved into a flat that had no bathroom ready and they tried to delay our move in even further than it already had been. No real apology and told us this info 2 days before!!! ‘Handyman’ was the same guy who showed us round when we first wanted to move in.
