I lived in a property with KT Residential for a year and would not recommend staying in one of their properties. To start with the property itself, we experienced many issues throughout the year such as a shower that would take an hour to turn on, a faulty and hazardous light fixture, a bedroom door that you couldn’t open from the inside, a ground floor bedroom window with no curtain or blind right next to a walkway, the kitchen flooding the day we moved in, broken furniture and constant mould and leaks. I rented a property in Haylett Gardens with KT Residential and upon moving in the property was dirty (oily kitchen cabinets, dirty walls), had broken window handles, missing shelves and no curtains to cover one of the windows in a bedroom. The most disrespectful manager of the agency I’ve ever spoken with,one of the owners is also landlord and they are all rude and trying to make tenants guilty of something to get their deposit,don’t trust them.
The property 31a hawks road kingston has been an horrendously bad living experience. There has been a constant leak into the the downstairs room under showers and toilets. There has been constant growth of mould in the property due to damp. The electrics are not safe due to damp and leaks. The landlord is rude and does not do anything about the issues of the property. Kt residential has been no help also. Clearly taking advantage of students
