If you value your family, do not use this solicitor. The advice provided was poor with little or no direction or strategy, no summary of the hearings except the last one, which was too late. The choice of barrister reflected the companies capabilities who were also poor, bailing the day before the court hearing. After the case, further advice and clarification was sought, and we recently found out that this advice continued to be flawed, as advised by an alternate solicitor.
