I bought my car toyota verso after 2 weeks engine gone I ring this person and asked my refund my money but he totally ignored me after that I ring so many times his phone number is changed I claim civil money claims and I paid fees is well but they not doing anything I totally lost £3700 pounds don't by any car this person
Bought a Micra and the clutch burnt out soon after, 3 illegal tyres & warning bulb removed for the airbag warning module so very dangerous. Should not have passed an MOT. Won't reply to letter or messages. Court action needed as repairs cost £1300 so far without module fixed yet. Price of actual car. AVOID AVOID AVOID
They sold me a astra that has 8 faults on the engine in under 48 hours if they do not refund the car il be taking legal action
Disgusting service, my sons car broke down within 2 weeks and needed a new engine and they refused to give a refund. Asked him what he expected for 3000. If I paid 200 for a washing machine I would expect a refund if it did not work. They are refusing to answer our calls and we will now have to take them to the small claims court. Please do not spend your hard earned money with these cowboys.
