They didn't re-attach my rear rack to the axel after replacing brakes. Luckily, I noticed it scraping my spokes before it poked through them. This negligence could have killed me. Response: Accessing my rear brake absolutely did involve removing my rear rack. You started taking it off in front of me. Take responsibility.
They forgot to bolt my rear rack onto the back axle. Unforgivable oversight which very well could have killed me by jamming to to the spokes when going down the steep hill it's located on.
Drilled out a snapped/rusted bolt and re threaded the mounting point for me, and trued a wheel. Nice guy and great job
Spent a fair amount on a second hand gravel bike to do some touring and make my commute more fun and took it to K's just because it was near my work at the time. Told him what I wanted to do with the bike and he gave me quotes with lots of options. The stuff he advised doing added up so I was hesitant. Great shop. Prompt, good advice, owner is technically solid, have repaired our mountain bikes and my road bike with them over the years.
