Bad EXPERIENCE! Don't buy anything shaving or razor related, maybe other items too. I bought a charging razor, went home and checked the inside as it was missing a charger. I went back to the store with a receipt to ask for a new one, instead of giving me a new one, they told me to call customer service?! Which does NOT make any sense because they have plently of other boxes in the store for replacement and i have my receipt with me to get a proper new one, but they refused me and told me to call customer service.
