Amazing place – My fiance and I went in to Kruger's based on a friend's recommendation and we were so pleased. We fell in love with a stone and purchased it immediately. I left the store bummed that I couldn't wear it out with me and Jim Kruger surprised us an hour later with the stone set in a temporary mounting! That really made our weekend and will definitely be using them for all of our "sparkly" needs.
Melvin is the Best – My Husband & I moved here in 1998 and a friend recommended that we go and see Melvin at the Kruger's located in the Barton Creek Mall. At that time we bought our first piece of jewelry from Melvin. Every time we go in the staff always have time for us. Though we may not spend the most money there, They always treat us as the as if we are the most important to them. Melvin is the only one who could get my custom ring fixed the way I wanted. Unbeatable Customer Service – Jim Kruger is a wonderful man. He personally took the time to help me out with my simple little question. I went to several other jewelers who acted like I was a complete bother and tried to pressure me into making a decision to buy a ring right then. Jim talked to me like a person and really took an interest in me. They were all so kind and calm and willing to let me walk out and talk to my husband and think about it for a while. I will do all of my jewelry business with them from now on.
Kruger's is the best!! – I recently brought my wedding set in to be reset in a new setting. To make a long story short, Jim Kruger completely surprised me with unmatched customer service. He and his staff (Melvin, Teresa, and Belen [they are all awesome]) went out of their way to make me happy.. I was speechless to say the least.
