Great experience at Kruger's Jewelers. Met Jim Kruger – We visited Kruger's jewelers Saturday 12/5 for the first time due to my receiving a gift card after donating blood at the blood center . My one and only jewelry store – Jimmy Kruger and his staff are all incredibly nice, caring people who really strive to provide you the best service possible. They have everything from watches to diamonds to everything in between. My husband bought my wedding ring here and I am constantly getting compliments on it. I also bought my bridesmaids beautiful, handmade, custom earrings from Kruger's and they love them. They wear them all of the time! Best Ring Creation Experience Ever !!! Beat staff!!!! – I had the best experience when choosing a design for my new wedding ring. After 22 years of Marriage I needed new bling!! The first time I stopped in Kruger's, there was no pressure and we had fun trying on rings and looking at diamond sizes, my husband was with me and he noticed we were not pounced on when we entered, only greeted with a smile and a kind patience. Honest and Friendly – I recently was in the market for an engagement ring and I stumbled across Kruger's in the Barton Creek Mall. I didn't really know what I was looking for but that quickly changed. With no pressure at all, Melvin explained to me how to judge a diamond. FRIENDLY, FRIENDLY, FRIENDLY !!! – Kruger's is a true Austin original business. Very friendy and knowledgable staff. We always enjoy talking to Jimmy about past Austin experiences since my wife and I also grew up in Austin. As Jimmy says, working in a jewelry store is a job with a lot of LOVE. People buying items for loved ones in their lives. You can tell that Jimmy loves his work by the quality, friendly interaction with his customers and future friends. Keep up the good work.

Best place in town to buy Jewelry! – I worked for David Kruger for a few years and loved every minute of it. When it comes to a business that really knows about customer service, this is the place. Best Customer service ever! – I was just at the mall and noticed my watch had broken a pin and came off my rist. Having dealt with jewelry repairs before I knew this would for sure be a pain and the first place I went would in no way have what I needed to fix it as it is not a Iron Man watch. I was pleasently surprised when I went into Krugers and was instantly welcomed and greeted with a hand shake. He took my watch and said "no problem!" It takes a Jim to know a Gem – Kruger's Jewelry store located in Barton Creek Mall is a locally owned company (it?s good to invest in Austin, Tx.). Repair Beware – Sure Krugers is great IF you are considered worthy of their time. I called "Mr. Fantastic" myself hoping to get my husbands $600.00 Tissot watch repaired and when asked to come in, within 10 minutes of being there, found myself shoved out the front (literally his hand in my back pushing me) and told to go to the "Wonder Watch" kiosk because they have the tool needed to fix a "Square faced" watch.
