Vaccine Ordeal On May 6, 2021 my son and I went to parking garage indicated on our scheduled vaccine appointments, only to have to pay a parking fee of $5.00. Of course, I complained to everyone I could regarding this charge. It really wasn’t about the five dollar amount, it was just the principle of the matter. If the vaccine is FREE and you are given parking instructions which NEVER indicated a FEE, there should not be a charge. It turned out that my card was not charged, which was good. My experience at this location is horrible the head cashier that they have working at the self check out is a very rude and nasty individual he uses profanity while on the work floor he talks very nasty to customers and he also lies to his manager to get herself out of situations my experience at the store was the worst that cashier goes by the name of ******, For a minute I was kind of terrified of him because when he approach me he had a blackeye I know you shouldn't judge a book by its cover but how he presents itself At ... read more

8th time you should be ashamed... i am 64 years old. Fry's suks bad waiting in line for hour only 1 checkout open Wont be back. Circle K has 3 Checkers open

I went in to the Applewood Payless/Kroger in Anderson, IN on May 19, 2021. I went down the aisle for water and read a sign that said the fiji water was on sale 5 for $5. These were the big bottles of fiji and I thought it was a really great price. I went on and checked out and later when I got home I sat down to go over the receipt. I saw that I was charged $2.99 per bottle instead of the sale price of 5 for $5. I called the store and spoke to a woman who said she was the acting manager because the actual manager was not the... read more

Didn’t bag groceries for click list pickup and just put stuff in truck to move around freely Continue to get orders wrong and having to repeatedly go back to get stuff left out
