Didn’t bag groceries for click list pickup and just put stuff in truck to move around freely Continue to get orders wrong and having to repeatedly go back to get stuff left out

My name is ***** ********, and I worked as a Click Pick associate at my nextdoor Fry's Power Baseline store in Mesa, AZ for a month, in Oct 2020, until they cut my F/T hours one week to 21, and I left the position to find a true F/T position. Since that time, ALL, of the store personnel make a POINT of not saying hello to me, or in OBVIOUS fashion, turn their heads away as I approach them, even if I'm not going to say anything, or especially, even as I am now a CUSTOMER. King Soopers 6030 Stetson Hills Blvd in Colorado Springs 80923 May 4, 2021 Dear King Soopers: I wish to complain about store located at 6030 Stetson Hills Blvd in Colorado Springs where Mike R was listed as the cashier, per receipt. I was discriminated against on 5/3/21 and refused the purchase of a ****** Seltzer beer and a Lemonade Seltzer Beer because he and his manager stated that 2mm of my driver’s license was chipped at the lower corner an invalid. Been shopping at Kroger over 30 years, and have been overcharged, charged for items not even purchased, plus being held waiting on refund 45 minutes yesterday May 6th. First online pick-up and was overcharged 200+ dollars then told to pull up by door be just a minute. After 40 minutes beat on door requesting manager. My credit card & EBT were in their hands so had to be held hostage. Drive home is 45 minutes so cold items were out 1 1/2 hours, plus time they had it out. My wife said fresh chicken smelled funny & ice cream me... read more
