I was charged automatically for a prescription product savingscard that I didnt even know was up for renewal. When I called to discuss the customer service they were very rude. You shouldnt be able to charge someone $72 dollars for a savings plan nobody has talked to you about, That is shady business practices and Im extremely disappointed that Krogers would stoop to these fraudulent tactics of membership.

I have been a shopper at ************** store for the past 23 years and its been by far the freindliest store around until the new HR supervisor named Damond has started working there. she has been rude to myself and many other customer and nothing ever gets done about it .I told her i would turn her in and she said go ahead by boss at corporate is Dee and my name is Diamond. I purchased Kroger brand pasta sauce with Parmesan cheese. My daughter-in-law found large pieces of a plastic substance in the sauce. Thank God she saw it before my 11 month old great grandson ate it as he could have choked on the large pieces. Have been in contact with main headquarters since then. Need to activate my new phone. In order to keep my number as a Krogerwireless customer I need to contact Customer Care. Unfortunately I cannot get through. Have tried numerous times and been on hold for as long as 2 hours but no one ever answers. Have called HQ in Cinti, Oh and they can do nothing but to tell me to continue calling and holding. BEWARE using Kroger Independence pharmacy. My daughter was only given HALF of her prescription last Sunday. When I talked to them about it today Ashley the pharmacist blamed it on the techs ‘not being educated’ (her words) and being able to read dosing info - EVEN THOUGH - I told them we always get 2 bottles and not 1 of the medication. Charged my EBT card for cancelled order and refuse to refund it. Every time I provided proof that what they were saying wasn't true (like I wasn't charged at all) they **** make another claim, that I in turn disproved. Submitted evidence that showed I was right. I purchased two gift cards with zero balance, reached out a couple times to the store and spoke to two different supervisors who said they couldnt help me. I reached out to the corporate office and no help there either. Ive been a loyal customer to them for several years and very disappointed in them.
