Terrible customer service, Confirmed an order, then Kroger canceled it due to lack of personnel. ***************** had me on hold for twenty minutes to get a manager but "forgot" to get the manager. Then the "bad connection" phone ploy, when I finally got to speak to the manager. I will never use them as a grocery store again They don't even rate one star. Amazed they are still in business,. I got two apple gift cards for 500.00 each got home to use them and could not use them and they told me I had to call apple, and *****told me that they had nothing to do with getting me my money back I had to go to the store the said that I can't get the money from them that I had to get it from apple I would like to get my money back but ever time I go to them they tell me the same thing
I purchased a $100 gift card to help a friend get some online groceries while her husband is going through cancer. She attempted to use it and after spending long time on the phone was advised that the gift card is for in-store purchases only. Why was I allowed to get a gift card if there are no stores in *******? I contacted Kroger and a supervisor stated I cannot get my money back. Why is that if this is my money? Kroger recently frauded me out of $800 worth of fuel points. Immediately after my purchase I tried to redeem my points. We were advised by the acting manager in the store, that there was an issue with the system and the points werent going through. In order to resolve, we were directed to call the fuel rewards CS. ******* was the supervisor I spoke with after the rep who answered argued with me about my alternate ID on the account. I waited on hold with customer support for over an hour to get a receipt for my Koger pick up order. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes they told they would call me back later with my receipt. I asked to speak to the manager and was hung up on after holding for an additional 10 minutes. I just wanted a receipt. I do NOT recommend using Kroger pick up. case # ********
Kroger Pharmacy in ************* Towne Dr are the rudest most difficult technicians I've ever delt with Every female pharmacy technician there have major attitudes instead of trying to help they repeat their rude comments over and over and over they yell with aggressive attitudes and I witnessed a girl pregnant lady named Kelsey raise her voice at two elderly people with argumentative attitude. Kroger double charged my account for a pick order. I authorized a hold charge of 183.32 an when I picked up my groceries I had some adjustments so my balance changed to 162.57 so they charged my bank account 183.32 plus 162.57 an now my account is in the negative. I called customer service an they said there is nothing they can do an I have to wait 3- business days.
