October 2021 racially profiled, harrassed and embarrassed by a "Karen" named CHARLENE at the Uscan * ********* *****in South Charleston WV. She accused me of changing woohoo stickers, went thru my bags and talked to me like I'd done something illegal. I left a message for Mr Terry L****. He never called, so I called him. Went back to the store, explained the situation, purchased the items that were taken from me and given a $20 gift card to MAKE IT RIGHT! I bought a product from this store for $44.98 but when I got home the item was missing. I called the store to find out if the cashier still has it. The customer service who answered the phone told me to come back to the store with my receipt so that I will get a refund or replacement. I would give them a score of below one if I could. Stores in *************** still have many items that you cant get. My last pickup order I was marked out of nine items which put my order below the $45 limit. Of course they billed me their pickup fee. After completing their survey with negative reviews it said someone would call me to discuss, but of course no one called. That is the second time I was told someone would call to discuss. Tried to refill my prescription online this morning 6/18/22. Got a can't fetch refill error instead. Called into Kroger's **** hotline. Kept getting hung up on by the customer representatives. Customer service is non-existent at Kroger as evidenced by all the other complaints. Just wanted to let you know.

I did a city market pickup order last may(5/2021) and my card was on file ready to be billed. Ever since then they say I have an outstanding balance of $100+ and I can no longer do pick up orders. I have been calling about once monthly to see if they can fix it. They told me it's on my banks end(no it is not!) So I called my bank and they said it went through so it's on Kroger's end. I placed a pickup order on a Tuesday afternoon for pickup on Wednesday morning. When I picked up the order, my bill was $20.30 higher than I expected it to be, because the sale price on several items in my order was only good through Tuesday, and because several coupons in my order were also only good through that Tuesday. I placed an online order on June 11, 2022 for pick-up between 3-3:30 at the ******, ** King ******* on ********* and 80th.I went to pick up my order and opened my email so I could tell them I was here and saw another email sent at 1:30 that my order was cancelled. Watched the cashier Claudia not be helpful towards an elderly lady trying to figure out how to enter her phone number for Kroger rewards. When checking me out didn’t bother to bag any of my groceries and just stared at me. She never spoke a word to me.

they lie about their coupons. say that some can be used more than once is a lie because they will only work once. if the item is not in stock the day you scan the coupon you can't use it the next day when the item is in stock, if you scan an item and it doesn't scan properly you can't do it again at the register because the first scan alway gets listed even if the register doesn't scan it properly. the instore wifi is constantly down so you have to preselect items from your home pc. if you see an item in the store it won't s... read more
