Ten minutes before 11 PM they don't let to walk-in any more costumers . That's unfair because they close at 11 and must accept them until then. Allegedly ( by the security guy at the door ) they have to restock the store ? What excuse is that?
I went to cash a money order and Instead of the lady making sure if they can cash it, she just said we do t cash those and in the beginning I had to ask her if she can cash them she was looking all dumb founded. They charge me for items I dont get when I pick them up. They gave me a little money back this time but it was difficult. This happens every month. Their mobile app needs to be fixed. Ive complained several times. Im sick of being ripped. No paper receipt.
Digital coupon special some item never have in other words is fake add, is not one time I try for three times ask for rent check no rent check and no product is really disappointed.
My wife purchased a **** gift card at Kroger in Martinez Ga for $75. It was for a gift. When the card was used there was only $20 on the card. Krogers said the could do nothing since the card left the store. Bunch of ********. What kind of ****was that. Will never shop at Krogers again.
The pharmacy at this location is TERRIBLE! I have to complain every month. Today, I was turned away at 2 mins until 1 for their lunch break..all while the employee was smiling and being smart with me. They close the drive thru almost every day, but yet when you go inside there are enough people staffing for it to be open. I will be moving pharmacies but would LOVE for this place to be investigated. A few employees need to be fired!
I have been shopping at Kroger for years mostly because they have a monopoly in my area. Service is getting worse. Many things ads aren't in the store and still aren't when the sale is over. Meat and produce is not fresh
A simple pack of beef weiners usually ran about $3.50 (for years) and now Fred Meyer blames inflation for claiming regular price of $6.48/sale price $4.48 or order with app $3.48. Go throughout store to find that EVERY PRICE has been raised. DO NOT tell me it's inflation. Your competitor does not have the same price or near to that on so many of the same items.
