Recently placed a pick up order, that wasn't fulfilled at the time Kroger's said it would be ready. Waited 3hrs then to be told that I wasn't going to get my order because they were closing. I live 26miles away from a Kroger's. I contacted customer service to file a complaint or request at least $50 Kroger gift card. My order was over $300 and I had to go else where. **************** said $15 was the best they could do and didn't see the need for anymore considering my complaint. I will never shop at a Kroger's again.

The white female pharmacist at the Kroger in tiger town is a racist! My prescription had been called in a week ago. I went in today to pick it up. I was told it wasnt ready. I asked what time it will be ready since I have plans later and needed to get them before then. She refused to give me a time. She told me it would be done whenever they feel like getting to it. Don't ever don't ever ever order from this company online ever. I placed an order on January 7th chose still processing they took my money out on January 7th and they said it could take up to 30 days. I want to cancel the order they won't let me do it. I've talked to three managers and supervisors and they said there's no way to cancel orders even though when I was reading when I was placing the order that I could cancel the order. Someone was able to hack into my Kroger account by obtaining my password somehow. They changed my phone number to their phone number and downloaded the Kroger Pay app on their phone. They then used my loyalty card and credit card to make fraudulent purchases at a Kroger store (using the Kroger Pay app). I cancelled my card with my bank, but then attempted to reach out to Kroger to let them know what happened, get my account secured, and cancel my loyalty card. Just came here to add my lament to the general consensus. Had an extremely inappropriate interaction with a pharmacy rep at my local Kroger (**********, **).Upon summarily informing me that my insurance would not be covering the cost of some very expensive respiratory medication (using inside jargon that no one but pharmacists understand), she became visibly annoyed when I asked to use a **** **coupon (thank heaven for this company). Went to kroger pharmacy to pick up a prescription that was faxed to kroger and supposed to be ready on the 5th of January, was not ready. Did not go on the 6th because of ice and snow, still not ready on 7th. Went on 8th and asked if it was ready, they said in a few minutes. This med. is for pain needed daily, I went 3 days without! I asked the worker why it was not filled on the 5th and he said ( I don't know it's ready now ). The worker was very unprofessional and dumb for not answering my question.

Waited an hour to pick up my groceries. So did everyone else. A long line of people trying to say they are here. Only one person on. No one was being taken care of. Tried to call store. No one answered. I have better ways to spend my time!

I have always loved kroger. However we recently moved to ******* and the only option is delivery. We got a gift card from our family for Christmas. Come to find out this gift card does not work online for delivery. I have contacted customer service several times been transferred even more times and even been hung up on or disconnected after asking to speak with a supervisor or manager. My gift cards for $300 and I've only been offered a $10 credit. I cant believe there is absolutely no other option!

Horrible experience. Will never order on line again. Placed order number and missing 1 item. Packed by ****** H out of **. Waited over 45 minutes on phone and hung up. After 25 minutes waiting for virtual agent I believe I am writing someone how doesn't read English. Read below. Maybe you like to short people a small amount on purpose and they give up. Just wasted 70 minutes for a $3.99 refund. Never ever again
