The Comforts Baby wipes TORE my babys diaper area up!! I did nothing to changed nothing about diaper changes except for the wipes. We opened the wipes maybe 2 weeks ago. Customer service lacks consistency and NOT available.The chat does not ever provide a person, when you get a live person they are in ******* and unable to do anything but offer information.My friends were offered the delivery membership option to pay $79 for a year of free delivery of orders over $35, like ******, and I was not. I went to this King Soopers on 9/19/21 to pick up my grocery order. I parked in spot 3 to pick up my order. My pickup time slot was 6:00-7:00. Representative brought out my bags. When I arrived home I noticed that raw defrosted and bloosy chicken was thrown in the bag with my produce. My produce was place in the bag with chicken without a produce bag. Nicole that works at the customer service desk at the Fern Creek location, **** ********* ** ***** has the WORST customer service ever & should not be one of the first people your customers are “greeted” by.
The Kroger ******* VApharmacy is endangering customers lives with a system that does not function and management that just smiles and plays nice. Switch pharmacies.
If I could give 0 star I would for the Kroger pharmacy at ************ in ********** ****. I waited on hold for over 30 minutes total. When someone would eventually answer the phone they put me right back on hold. Finally when I got to talk to someone I asked about the hold time as I was on lunch break. They abruptly put me on hold again. So I called ********* to switch my prescription to their store. They answered within 2 minutes. Im done with Kroger. They are severely understaffed and rude.
Kroger pick up ran my card 5 times and my order never got placed. Now I am in difault with the bank because of this.
I make an online purchase to lift and they canceled it, I made a second and they canceled it and a third and they canceled it, if they do not have the products in stock they must change their system so that they do not let you make the purchase.
The customer service at the Columbia rd location in Augusta Ga is horrible, I used their pickup service and Bobbie had a additude and told me she dont have time to substitute items in my order. Bobbie said i have to walk in and get the items myself to substitute them.
