I placed an order June 10th and the confirmation stated it would ship in 2 to 3 business days. It is now the 20th and my order still has not shipped. I emailed customer service to ask when it would ship and they just replied that my order is pending. I replied back asking when it would ship and they replied by telling me I would need to call their customer service phone number for help. This has to be the WORST kroger in the country. In the latest installment of just about 20 years of indignities, just before noon on Father's day, two cashiers and about eight people in each line. Plenty of self=checkout which no one wants to use because it's ***** crazy. My cashier's register freezes on the last of 4 Instacart orders, just before I'm up. She throws up her hands, and so do I. On 6-11-21 I felt harassed by Carl in the 2301 Rayford rd, Spring, Tx 77386 location. He tried to intimidate me . I felt extremely uncomfortable.

There are two King Soopers in Colorado Springs, CO which I have major concerns with. This complaint is concerning situations that has happened to me more often than I want to remember while attempting to shop at **** *******hills Blvd and The Marketplace. Vaccine Ordeal On May 6, 2021 my son and I went to parking garage indicated on our scheduled vaccine appointments, only to have to pay a parking fee of $5.00. Of course, I complained to everyone I could regarding this charge. It really wasn’t about the five dollar amount, it was just the principle of the matter. If the vaccine is FREE and you are given parking instructions which NEVER indicated a FEE, there should not be a charge. It turned out that my card was not charged, which was good. I went in to the Applewood Payless/Kroger in Anderson, IN on May 19, 2021. I went down the aisle for water and read a sign that said the fiji water was on sale 5 for $5. These were the big bottles of fiji and I thought it was a really great price. I went on and checked out and later when I got home I sat down to go over the receipt. I saw that I was charged $2.99 per bottle instead of the sale price of 5 for $5. Didn’t bag groceries for click list pickup and just put stuff in truck to move around freely Continue to get orders wrong and having to repeatedly go back to get stuff left out
