Just bought a house through Kristian Allen, dealt with Matt - great communication, great estate agent.
Had a lovely agent called callum who initially did my viewing with me and then did my inventory and gave me my keys to my house. He is so lovely, friendly and very helpful. I had a lovely lady called kirsty who dealt with all the admin side of things and again was amazing. Highly recommend Update:- Have been dealing with siobhan since renting my house and she is very helpful and has always been quick in her responses. If you want a fantastic service when selling your property look no further than Kristian Allen. All the staff are wonderful but a special thank you to Sophie who is very proactive ensuring the sale goes through smoothly and expeditiously. Nothing is too much trouble, I was always kept updated therefore I cannot recommend them enough. A truly brilliant service from start to finish and all the staff a credit to the company.
Kristian Allenson have given us excellent service for years when we had to rent out my mum in law’s house during and after Covid. They found good tenants and dealt with any problems in a pleasant and efficient manner. A weight off our shoulders!
