Fantastic relaxing experience.Would thoroughly recommend the facial reflexology, great for relieving tension headaches.
I’ve had three 1.5hr sessions of face and foot reflexology with Kristi. It’s been so relaxing. Just what I needed as a busy working mum of two always trying to tick things off my never-ending ‘to-do-list’. The sessions have really helped to balance me out. Her treatment space is very comfortable too with a lovely wide bed. Would highly recommend Kristi.
I would hugely recommend Kristi’s mini retreat sessions. The facial massage and reflexology were just blissful. The products are all natural and smelt amazing and Kristi’s used a range of techniques from gua sha to facial cupping to gently and naturally address my many face issues! My face felt great afterwards and I just felt so incredibly relaxed. Thank you so much Kristi.

I have been going to Kristi for reflexology for over a year now and really recommend her. She is professional, puts you at ease immediately, listens carefully and is empathetic. Each session starts with a very lovely footbath and I always feel totally relaxed by the time I leave. I find the sessions really help with my wellbeing and health.
