overall Kristi was a very knowledgeable and experienced agent, an area to improve upon would be more personal interaction meaning we felt more involved (showing the home) in the process and relay more need to know information about what to expect during each phase of the home sale.
This was a first time home purchase for me and my wife and it went so quick and great thanks to Kristi. She remained in constant contact, updating us on any changes or what needed to be done to next. She was so great about working around our schedule with her completing most of the work on weekends. I highly recommend Kristi if buying or selling.
Was reliable, always available for questions and kept us updated in every detail of our sale! Kristi took care of everything, didn't require a bunch of things to be fixed before she could sale our home like most did. She was friendly and thorough, overall our experience with her was easy and enjoyable!
