In the most amazingly quick sale I have ever seen, Kristi listed our house on a Thursday. She first showed it the next day, and the people liked the house. She showed it to them again on Saturday, and we had our first offer on Saturday. Through the day Sunday we negotiated back and forth, and in following Kristi's expert advice, reached a deal on Sunday afternoon. This was literally three days after listing. Knowing vey little about the process of selling a home, I needed someone who could easily guide me through the process with a minimum of "hiccups". Kristi proved to be that person. She and her knowledgeable staff were able to answer all my questions and give me the guidance I needed. I was selling this home as an estate Trustee/POA, not as the owner.
