We had a great experience with Kristi. She found us the perfect house and helped us get a great deal. She was very personable and attentive to us. We didn't have to do a thing other than tell her we wanted to make an offer, because she took control of everything else. She is also willing to go to bat for her clients to make sure the deal is completed in a way that best serves their interest. I highly recommend Kristi and we will definitely reach out to her when the day comes for us to jump back in the market.

Kristi was very helpful, receptive to our requests and provided excellent advice. We had an offer within a week of listing it. She was so willing to make it easier on us since we lived out of town. I would love to have her find our next house!

Kristi came in later in our process after we met with another realtor and Kristi did a tremendous job. House was priced right and listing was nice enough that we had first showing one day later and contract the following day! She kept us informed and assisted us along the way as we had moved out of state. Many thanks to Kristi and Christa for their help and guidance along the way.

Kristi & her team was great! She is originally from the Triad, so her knowledge of the area was stronger than the other realtors we considered. She kept us informed during the whole process & was extremely responsive. We highly recommend her if you're thinking about selling (or buying).

Kristi was recommended to us by family and we were not disappointed. She was patient in showing us numerous houses over several weekends and gave honest and helpful opinions during our showings without being intrusive. She really knew the area which was helpful since we were new to it. Once we found our home she fought with us to get it with other offers on the table. We got a great deal on our perfect home thanks to Kristi. She's basically family now! ;)
