Kristi sold our home for us and she handled every aspect of the sale with professionalism. She along with her sales associates kept us informed throughout the process, but handled everything for us so all we had to do was sign the paperwork. Kristi also went above and beyond what was expected of her to make the sale! You will not go wrong by selecting Kristi as your Realtor. I highly recommend Kristi and her staff.
Kristi has the tools in place to keep me informed of clients and/or agents that are looking at my property. She also has the means of telling me when the clients add my property to their favorites list. She tells me if the agents add my property to their property list for their clients. My property was in the hands of another agent for 6 months before I placed it with Kristi. They never gave me any of the information that I have list above which was provided by Kristi. Kristi and her assistant, Kimberly, were just great to work with. Kristi was really knowledgable about the local real estate market and helped my price my house to sell quickly, which it did! Her customer service was immaculate, she acted with integrity, and I can heartily recommend her.
She knows what she is doing, but she is not pushy nor is she pompous. Always does she come across as a true professional. Her success is only one example of how well she conducts hereself. If she represents just you , she will really go to bat for you. If she represents bothe seller nad the buyer she remains fair to all.
Kristi was very helpful and was with us through the entire process to answer our questions. She answered my calls and messages very quickly and was available to show me homes at the times I asked. I really enjoyed working with her.
My husband and I needed to sell fast in order to relocate. Kristi worked diligently to get the job done. She sold our home in less than 2 months. She was knowledgable and very friendly! She also recommended us to other professional for house repairs, inspections and insurance. All of her references were wonderful and very efficient.

Kristi was great with finding our dream home. She knows how to get the job done!!!! She is extremely helpful in all paperwork, home inspections, termite control and any other issues that may arise. I would recommend her to anyone that wants a loyal realtor in their corner.
