Home went under contract in 4 days. Kristi and Makenzie are top notch. Quick and efficient. They took care of everything from contracting cleaners to repairs. This was mostly done through text and email as we live hours away from the property we were trying to sale. Great customer service! You are gong to pay the 6% somewhere, so you might as well get the best.
