Hung they phone up after I said I'd have to leave it as it was a bit too pricey for me . I said thank you and was polite. Just rude (and too expensive )

We needed a new toilet install. The old one was a Joey and sprung a leak. Decided to invest long term with a Joey. Was quoted a very fair price compared to other plumbers for an entire toilet install or even a toilet rebuild. Had the pleasure of meeting and working with Joey. Amazing person and plumber. Booked a morning call out to replace a faulty toilet mechanism. Was called at 7:30am by the plumber and asked to send pictures of the mechanism which I did. Plumber turns up at 12:50 and asks me for the replacement mechanism. When I told him he said he would go and get one and he would be back at 3pm. I asked why it would take 2 hours to go to his shop 0.8km away and was greeted with a shrug of his shoulders. I asked him to leave and not return. A day wasted.

Beni was awesome. He diagnosed the cause of the problem and fixed it. He had to install a whole new system. He was very neat with the work and very knowledgeable about the system
