Installer was supposed to call when he was on his way, but he didn't. He was also supposed to arrive 8 am Saturday. It was about 10:30 when he finally arrived. But he was fast and professional. Great carpet installation on a stairway.
There was a manufacturing defect in the carpeting not initially noticed. KR was responsive and quick to replace the entire carpet.
Nice people with whom to do business. Great job on a large area of laminated flooring and a tile bathroom. We'd use them again.

This business was prompt, efficient and the work performed was superior. I would recommend this business to anyone! They were kind, and worked diligently to complete the work in the time frame promised. They cleaned up all the mess (which was not really bad inside but had to cut the laminate outside and there was no evidence they had even left any product or debris outside or inside.
