John, the estimator, was a pleasure to work with offering advice on colors that worked best with the current tile floor and wall colors. Installers did a nice job and did a thoroughly cleanup afterwards.
Don't count on them making the appointment for installation and when they do show don't expect them to be on time. If they quote you a one day installation plan on three to accommodate for "unforeseen circumstances".
I was extremely satisfied with K. R. Flooring. The work crew was top notch, professional and highly skilled. I would highly recommend them.
Stephan with KR Flooring was able to get the carpet I saw at another company and installed it beautifully. Very competitive price and lowest when compared with several other companies. They also installed hardwood laminate flooring that I bought from another contractor to match the flooring that I already had throughout my house to put in my upstairs hallway instead of carpet that was there. Can do ANYTHING sales pitch. Delivery over a week late. No call, no explanation. Twice they came and didn't have all the supplies they needed to do the job. Twice they said job was complete but I found things left undone. Very frustrating. Only the professionalism of the lady in the office keeps this review from being insulting.

He asked you at that time if someone had called you from our office and scheduled your install and you said no. Very happy with quality of workmanship. They came out same day I was looking for someone to lay laminate--quote was reasonable. The flooring was installed next day (2 rooms). They moved pool table, installed based boards, bull nose, etc. They made sure laminate was installed professionally even thought there were a lot of problems with the flooring (purchased at Lumber Liquidators). I would definitely hire them again.
