I've approached them twice for some followup and they have not responded either time.
Getting the project completed seemed a challenge. On some and off some.
Please please please beware of this company. Over promise under deliver. Left hazardous stair case for my pregnant self and daughter and 68 year old father in law to walk up and down for over a month. A “four day easy project” as sold by Stefan a FB referral turned into a two month project. The only way to get a response from them was to charge back money, CC an attorney or send multiple emails. Tavi, the floor refinisher did an amazing job. He was careful and wanted to make sure that I was happy with the job. I would highly recommend this company.
have a very small job...with changes, needed a call back that was promised weeks ago with no results. More calls from me, but no follow up. my project is imcomplete. still waiting for them to contact me about how to proceed personnel very nice, but frustrated with being left "hanging"

The tile installer were very good contractor, he did very good job. However the sales and customer service team are not aligned with each other. Also the quote for the project was increased by couple of hundred dollar compare to estimate provided by sales guy. The work was initiated properly when I talked to the owner and he made sure that work was done on time and with good quality. Overall satisfying work after all the hassle in scheduling.
