They did an excellent job of installing the flooring. We replaced the carpet in our living room with porcelain tile and replaced the carpet in our bedrooms with new, stain-resistant carpet with new waterproof padding installed underneath. We have an open, lofted area of about 240 sq ft upstairs that opens into the bedrooms and upstairs guest bathroom and we had wood flooring installed in that area. The company was really unorganized and lacked communication. After signing a contract with them for a project, I bought all the material necessary as planned, but when it was time to do the project the company didn't want to do it anymore!!! I was stuck with 2000$ worth of material (engineered wood flooring) with no-one to put it in... The receptionists were really rude (KIM especially) and didn't know what they were talking about. When our estimator came out to measure you had told him that we would be installing a laminate flooring. So, we priced your job accordingly. The workers laid the floor very well. Top notch work. They left the job very clean.
I was not pleased with the color as it appeared to be the wrong one however, I agreed to let them install as it took longer than promised to get it. I was promised by the sales rep that I would never see a seam and I have 6 very distinct seams showing in their carpet. I though in time, they would smooth out but they seem to be getting more noticeable. Not happy with this installations at all.
