Kurt and Kim were very nice to work with. They did an excellent job evaluating my needs and budget and suggesting a quality carpet for my home. An important aspect of their service was the inclusion of moving the furniture.. My neighbors recently re-carpeted and had to remove all of their furniture from their home. I was very pleased with KR Carpet and highly recommend the company and have eagerly recommended them to friends.
My overall experience was very easy...the person that came out was punctual and informative. Installation of the carpet was something that I hadn't experienced before but they came in and moved everything (nothing broken!). The installers were polite and took pride in their work... I would recommend them and appreciate the experience..i have heard from others I know that they weren't as lucky!
They were very concerned about keeping the rest of the house clean. They covered the rest of the house. Every time they left for the day, they swept up any mess. They were very professional to make sure the job was done right. They also kept me informed about every thing they were doing. They were recommend by my aunt who was very happy with her flooring job.I would recommend KR flooring solutions to everyone I know.

After contacting Home Advisor, KR Flooring Solutions is the only company that called, took the time to come out and talk about the project and made some very logical recommendations for a successful completion.
The laminate floor installation was quick and efficient. We had an additional repair to complete in the middle of the living room. Adam, technician, did an excellent job of matching the new laminate to the old in such a way that the repair is barely noticeable. We are very satisfied with the product, installation, and concern for customer care.
Kurt was prompt and efficient in providing an estimate, scheduling and follow-up during the installation. There was a minor snafu apparently with the amount of carpet required, but that was quickly rectified. The project (784 sq. ft. carpet and tile) was completed in one day although it took a few more hours than I expected. It went faster once both installers were involved. Both their attention to detail and the quality of the work was excellent. The carpet and tile look very good, and I am very pleased with the result.
They were very friendly and they did a great job. They worked with any concerns we had and answered all of our questions. We would use again.
The companies work was good but overall there was a lot of lack of communication on arrival dates and times.
