Kurt came by on Thursday afternoon and the carpet was installed on Friday. This was a rush job to prepare a home for sale that had a very tiny window to complete - and Kurt understood. He was professional and a pleasure to work with. The installers removed old carpet and installed the new - they were great to work with. I highly recommend Kurt and his crew.
We were anxious to get the job done quickly to get a house on the market. Called on a Friday, Kurt came out with samples the same day. We selected carpet and it was installed on the following Monday. Really good job. Installer did a great job. Room looks fabulous.
Kurt was wonderful to work with. He took his time to answer all my questions. The installer, Adam, was great to work with and did an excellent job. I highly recommend him.

Good install work.
Hired company to install carpet into our home Install guys showed up and had wrong product. Tried to scam us on a lower pad than what we paid for!!!! Was promised they would move our furniture, but when guys show up they claimed they were not told to do so. Stated they needed more guys to do the job. Supervisor told us he would not refund our 1/2 job deposit!!!!

KR Flooring is truly professional company. We communicated well (this was particularly important as we live outside of Phoenix), and all our questions were addressed appropriately. They delivered what was agreed ;upon. Floors are very nice and we are happy customers. We would hire them again!
