Happy with service
took out a shower tub combo and did a Huge walk in Tile double shower. Love it!! Just like we imagined but better!!
Got a beautiful 8 x 40 larger wood plank tile; was looking at AZ Tile and their prices were outrageous; almost the same tile, half the price. Install crew did a great job, tapped off cabinets and arrived early every morning. A couple of the boxes selected looks like they came from a different dye lot; the switched them out the same day and got the correct tiles there. Have them templating my mom's granite next week and feel real confident about it!
I admit, this flooring is beautiful, what comes up short is the quality and time of this project. The expected work date was delayed by 2 weeks and we got the call the day prior to hear that the laminate was late. Okay, stuff happens, but I did call the week prior to see if the job was a go and on time and was told yes. Per the Work order, it would only take 3 days and they would use screws to ensure that the upstairs would not squeak. When the job was done, the 2 gentlemen did not really know what was needed. It was a good job
I would definitely recommend KR Flooring. Both John (who helped me pick out the wood flooring) and Tavi (who installed it) were a pleasure to work with. KR's estimate was in line or lower than the average estimate (I got 3 estimates). And the flooring turned out beautifully.
Salesman was wonderful and installation was scheduled quickly,which I would give 5 stars for. However, the installation is what I would only give 3.5 stars... I have uneven spacing in the vinyl planks, some planks are lifting on the edges or stick up a bit more on one end. Customer service has been excellent though as I've called once for the installers to come out and fix/replace a few planks already but I've found a few more that will need to be replaced in the near future.
