I had called another dealer to service my car. The recording said” leave a message and we’ll get right back to you!” They never called back. I called Kowalski, they got me in the day I wanted. The service department informed me every step of the way. I wound up buying a new Edge from Kevin. Honestly, the first time I ever bought a car and didn’t have the urge to punch someone in the face!!😂🇺🇸🤙🏽 I highly recommend Kowalski Ford!
Their service team is amazing! We were traveling and our vehicle needed repair. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road quickly! We were able to continue on to our vacation destination without any further vehicle issues.
Great service, friendly atmosphere
scheduled an appt for my daughters car. dropped car off at 9:30am, called at 12:30 to check in and was told it was next car to be looked at. called again at 5:30 after no update and was told they never looked at car. apparently they got backed up and had "a lot of cars they couldn't get to". bought the car there, but guess that doesn't matter. they offered to have us leave it there all weekend until Monday...really?
Buying the car with Rich, and the service has been well above average. Will continue to service and buys vehicles here....
