RecommendedOne of our trucks broke down on the way back from picking up materials. Towed to Kowalski. They took us right in and had it repaired in about an hour. Awesome service and great people!

First time dealing with this particular Ford dealership. Took my Mustang in for its first oil change. I bought the car at a competitor dealer, which is considered a volume dealer. But after having an experience with a smaller, more detail oriented dealer, this one, I think I'll be switching completely. They were the best value on the oil change, I do want to mention that. They even washed the car.
I’ve dealt with Kowalski Ford for as long as they’ve been in Avon Lake. I’ve dealt with Rich Cifranic at that location since the 1970’s. Two things make up a great auto store. 1. Good sales people 2. Good service department You throw in an owner as Regan Kowalski and you have the best place to shop for a new or used truck or car. Everyone who works at Kowalski are the friendliest. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I went to the big Ford Dealers and they were rude or didn't understand what I wanted. I went to Kowalski Ford and they were very accomodating and pleasant.
