Old school car dealership. Personal care and salesmen who treat you right. Rich C. is by far the best salesperson I've ever dealt with. Expert service, I'm a widower by myself, they take me home and pick me up when my vehicle is done.

Had 8am appt. At noon saw my vehicle outside. Went inside to wait. At 1pm told parts did not work had to get parts from another dealership. Car was completed at 4pm. Don't know how long my car was outside not being worked on. I spoke with Brian about this. Brian did have a driver give me a ride home.
I had to wait a little over an hour for an oil change. Because of this, Kowalski Ford didn’t charge me for the oil change, which I didn’t expect. That made my day much more pleasant, plus their service Techs were very nice and professional. Special thanks to Kowalski Ford!

These guys get the job done! I'll even say they're the only Ford dealer I will deal with anymore. Maybe about the only dealer period, any brand. Certainly about the only dealer that's still above board.
Love this dealership for ALL my car needs. The ladies at the desk are helpful above and beyond on every visit. Our sales guy Rich C is without a doubt one cool cat!! He is on the ball and ready to help with whatever whenever. The service dept are over the moon polite, helpful and ready to help. Wouldn't ever go anywhere else. Whether we have a huge issue or something minor I always know they will get it right and do so in a professional way. Love Kowalski Ford.
